IRIA is committed to:

Promoting the study, practice, and advancement of diagnostic radiology and imaging modalities such as X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI, PET-CT/MRI, USG and others. 

Supporting related disciplines including radio-biology, radiation medicine, molecular imaging, and interventional radiology and other evolving subspecialties. 

Keeping practicing radiologists updated with new developments in imaging technologies, research, and clinical applications. 

Facilitating medical research, academic programs, and continuing education opportunities. 

Protecting and preserving the interests, welfare, and professional standards of its members. 

Advising governmental and non-governmental bodies on matters related to radiology and medical imaging, and participating actively in public welfare and health initiatives.
